What do we work with?

Learn moreWhich service is right for me?
You do not need to know where to start; we work that out together in the first meeting. To give you a sense of it, the table below shows which area of work covers the situations we see most often.
| Situation | Page to look at |
|---|---|
| I want to talk about something in my own life | Individual therapy |
| I am worried about my child's behaviour | Child psychology |
| A report is needed for attention, learning or memory | Neuropsychological assessment |
| There is a recurring conflict in the family | Family therapy |
| I am a university student and I am struggling | Student counselling |
| Coming to the centre regularly is difficult | Online therapy |
Who decides which therapeutic approach is used?
The approach is decided together. We do not hold to a single model; we choose from CBT, psychodynamic therapy, ACT and motivational interviewing according to the subject and to you. In most processes they are combined.
The approaches are set out in more detail on our approach page.
How do sessions work?
Across every area of work, sessions last 45 minutes and are usually weekly. Sessions can be held in English or Turkish, either in person at the centre or online over a secure video connection.
Sessions and your personal information are protected in line with confidentiality principles. We describe the process step by step on the therapy process page.
